WHAT WE DO

Five parts of one business.

Ask four firms what is wrong.

Every one of them will tell you something true, and every one of them will point at the thing they sell.

ASK FOUR FIRMS WHAT IS WRONGEACH ONE POINTS AT WHAT IT SELLS
01The content agencyNobody can find you.Sees one of five
02The cold email agencyYou are not sending enough.Sees one of five
03The automation shopToo much of this is manual.Sees one of five
04The consultantThe strategy is not clear.Sees one of five
05KorraWe read all five before we say anything, then put hands on the one that is actually broken. Often that is one of the four above, and we say so.Sees all five

Any one of them might be right. None of them can see the other four, so none of them can tell you which. And the part that usually breaks first, what happens after somebody puts their hand up, is not on anybodys invoice.

01

Finding customers

We go out and get them. Cold email, calls, ads, the lists behind all of it. Your name in front of people who have never heard it.

Most companies wait to be found. We build the machine that goes and finds instead: who to talk to, what to say, sent every day, answered by a person. It runs whether or not anyone remembers to run it.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

  • A list of the companies actually worth talking to, built and checked, not bought off a shelf.
  • Email going out every working day, from addresses set up properly so it arrives.
  • Calls to the people who answered, made by somebody who knows what you sell.
  • Ads, where paying for attention is the cheaper way in.
  • A record of who said what, so nobody is chased twice and nobody is dropped.
02

Getting found

When someone goes looking for what you sell, you are what they find. Search, content, the answer an AI gives when it is asked.

Search changed. People ask a machine now, and it answers with one company. Getting found means being that answer, and being the thing a buyer sees when they check whether you are real.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

  • Pages that answer the exact thing a buyer typed, instead of a brochure about your company.
  • Your listings, hours, address and services saying the same thing everywhere a machine can read them.
  • Reviews asked for as a matter of course after every job, not when somebody remembers.
  • Writing worth reading, published often enough to count.
  • A site that tells a stranger in ten seconds that you are real and worth calling.
03

Doing the work

What happens after somebody puts their hand up. Answering, quoting, chasing, booking, getting paid.

This is where most of the money leaks and where nobody you hired is looking. The call that rang out. The quote nobody chased. The good buyer who went cold in a system nobody opens.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

  • Every call answered. The ones that are not, returned the same hour.
  • A quote out the day it is asked for, in a form a buyer can say yes to.
  • Follow-up that happens whether or not anyone remembers to do it.
  • One place that shows every open job and who is holding it right now.
  • Invoices out on time, and money chased without an argument.
04

The busywork

The typing, the copying, the reminding. The week that disappears into work no customer ever sees.

Every business grows a second business inside it made of admin, and the people doing it are the people you hired to do something else. We take it off them and give it to a machine that does not get tired.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

  • The missed call that gets a text back before the caller has put the phone down.
  • The quote nobody chased, chased.
  • The reminder before the appointment, so fewer people forget to turn up.
  • The review request after the job is finished.
  • The same customer detail typed into three systems, typed once.
  • The report somebody rebuilds by hand every Monday morning, waiting for them instead.
05

Running the company

Someone across the table who has seen the numbers, knows the business, and tells you the truth about it.

Owners decide alone. We sit beside you with the same numbers you have, say what we would do, and say when we think you are wrong. It is the part nobody sells and the part owners ask for most.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

  • A standing hour every week to look at what the business actually did.
  • One page of numbers you will read, instead of five dashboards nobody opens.
  • A straight answer when you ask whether to hire, raise the price, or let a client go.
  • The plan for the quarter written down, and somebody holding you to it.
  • Somebody to argue with you before the decision, not after it.

One part or all five. It starts the same way.

We do not sell you a part. We look at all five, tell you which one is costing you, and then do the work ourselves.

HOW IT STARTSFOUR STEPS
01Talk to KorraThe chat. It asks about your business and tells you what it sees.Free
02The callYou and the operator who would actually do the work. We decide together whether it is a fit.Free
03The auditOne to two months inside your company, across everything that brings work in and everything that happens after.Paid
04The engagementWe fix what the audit found, and we run it ourselves. One part or all five.Scoped from the audit

The whole of it, step by step, is on how it works. The work behind it is on proof.
