Start small

Start with ten.

Ten qualified calls, or ten held appointments. Choose your territory, services and weekly capacity, and judge Korra on a sample you can review call by call.

Questions

The fine print, in plain English.

01Are calls and appointments exclusive?

Yes, when sold as exclusive. An exclusive call or appointment goes to one company only, under the duplicate and overflow rules in your agreement. Any exception is written into that agreement.

02What counts as qualified?

The service, the location, the caller’s authority, the call length, new-customer status and your exclusions. The written rules in your agreement decide what is billed.

03Can I choose which services I get?

Yes. You choose the categories, such as repair, emergency, replacement, maintenance or commercial work, and turn off the ones you do not want.

04Can I control volume?

Yes. Daily and weekly caps, operating hours, branch routing and a pause switch keep volume in line with your crews.

05How much does a call or appointment cost?

It depends on the territory, the service, the season and how strict the qualification is. We quote a price for your territory rather than one national rate.

06What happens with a bad call or a no-show?

A no-show is never billed. For a call, you dispute it inside the agreed window; we review the recording and the details against the written rules, then approve or decline the credit and tell you why.

07Do you work with renovation and commercial companies?

Yes. Renovation contractors usually buy held consultations. Commercial trades and facility-service companies usually buy held meetings with decision-makers, which we generate through direct outreach to the properties you want to serve.

08Does Korra guarantee jobs?

No. Korra controls how calls and appointments are generated, routed and checked. Your team controls the answering, the scheduling, the selling and the work.
