Seller terms

Template paper from Korra. You and the other side may change it; Korra is not a party to your agreement.

Version: seller-2026-10-08

These terms apply when you list records on Korra. You agree to them the first time you approve a card for the shelf.

1. What Korra does

Korra runs a shelf where businesses list records and approved buyers make offers. Korra lists your card, passes questions and offers between you and buyers, and offers template paper. Korra does not prepare, check, clean or deliver your records.

2. Your records

  • You list only records your business owns or has the right to license.
  • You name what is left out: people, customers, topics, dates or anything else you do not want to license.
  • What you write about your records is true to the best of your knowledge.

3. Your card

  • Korra de-identifies your card and your description before anyone sees them. Your company, people, addresses and one-of-a-kind figures are removed.
  • You read the card and approve it before it is published. You can edit it or withdraw it.
  • Removing names does not make records anonymous. Korra makes no promise that your records or your card are anonymous.

4. Offers

  • You decide every offer. You may accept, counter or refuse any offer, or refuse them all.
  • Nothing moves until you accept an offer.
  • When you accept, the buyer learns who you are, and you learn who the buyer is.

5. Your licence

  • The licence is between you and the buyer. Korra is not a party to it.
  • You and the buyer agree the records, the uses, the delivery and the payment between you.
  • Korra's template licence, delivery checklist and payment terms are there to use if you want them.

6. Money

  • You pay Korra nothing.
  • The buyer pays you the price you agree. The buyer pays Korra's fee separately, on top of your price.
  • Korra holds no money for either side.

7. When a deal closes

  • When you and the buyer sign, you report the closing price in the portal.
  • Korra uses that report to close the listing and to invoice the buyer its fee.

8. Leaving

You can withdraw a listing that is not in talks at any time. Korra keeps a record of the listing and its history.

This is a template Korra offers for convenience. It is not legal advice. Have your own adviser read it before you sign.
