Data types

Approved call transcripts

Approved transcripts can record how people clarify a request, explain a decision, or solve a problem during a call.

A complete task has context.

Illustrative example

The request

A caller needs to change a service appointment.

The work

The coordinator confirms the requirements and discusses the available times.

The result

A new appointment is agreed and recorded.

A buyer might study conversation flow or spoken task handling. Permission to record a call does not automatically grant permission to license it.

What to inventory

Transcripts of business calls where recording, processing, and proposed licensing have been reviewed.

  • Transcripts with speaker roles and timestamps
  • A documented recording source and consent process
  • A record of transcription accuracy and corrections

What to review

  • Do recording permissions also cover the proposed new use?
  • Are sensitive topics or personal information present?
  • Does the scope include audio, transcripts, or both?
